主讲嘉宾简历

李珩先生自从2009年起,是光元控股有限公司的创始人也是总裁。光元是专事LED产业链整合的投资控股企业,其子公司群在亚洲各地从事LED产品研发,系统整合,照明能源管理。同时,李珩是美国Grynberg 石油公司亚洲区负责人。

李先出生于台湾,祖籍江苏溱潼,祖父李桂东与荣毅仁之父荣德生合伙创业,有长远家族历史, 并是家族资产管理机构-李六箴堂控股公司(LJT Lee Holdings Co., Ltd.) 负责人。他初中就随台湾外交官父亲驻地美国华府,毕业于美国Rice 大学建筑系,是New York University Leonard Stern商学院硕士。现为Rice大学中国校友会会长。

现时,李先生也是香港上市公司真明丽控股有限公司董事局顾问;国际私募资金Silver Lake Asia Limited 顾问;美国私人投资集团Trafalgar Holdings亚洲合伙人。之前,2006-2009, 李珩是美国富兰克林基金集团,吉富中国投资管理股份有限公司(Tano China Capital Management Inc. )私募资金中国地区执行总裁 。在吉富期间,李珩在2007年成功集资创立中国光伏能源有限公司(China Solar Power (Holdings) Ltd.)生产薄膜太阳能光伏电池及相关产业。

1999-2002之间以常务董事身份投资参予美国AmericomUSA公司和DoubleClick公司之创立和上市。李珩是亚洲地区资深投资银行家。84-91年代是摩根史坦利(Morgan Stanley) 亚洲执行董事,驻地纽约和香港, 创立摩根亚洲TMT (Technology Media & Telecommunications) 投资银行业务;1992年创立Gateway Communication Ltd.电信企业和Strait Ventures Olympic Ltd. (SVO) 投资银行。SVO在1997年与台湾远东集团,协力赢得2张无线通信运营执照,创立远传电信股份有限公司,李珩以执行董事身份扶植并完成其系统网路建设,3百万客户群建立和上市 。

李先生年少时家境清寒,他初中就随台湾外交官父亲驻地美国华府,毕业于美国Rice 大学建筑系(现为Rice大学中国校友会会长),又半工半读New York University Leonard Stern获得商学院硕士。在投行服务七年后决定白手创业,现今以资源广阔,结构创新,灵活应用财务工具著称于投资银行业,并兼具创业家成功经验。他与大多数投资银行,卷商,专业投资机构,私募基金,创投基金保持有经常的,密切的联系和互信。

She helps executives in both B2B and B2C enterprises across high tech, green tech, and biotech, to develop and execute effective marketing that generates revenue and corporate growth. Previously she worked for Norton/Symantec, IBM and HP, as well as a number of startups including Cygnus Solutions, acquired by RedHat and Sigaba, acquired by Proofpoint. She is on the board of the NorCal Business Marketing Association, serving as the Director of Social Media. Nancy was a marketing instructor at Stanford University’s Continuing Studies Program. She has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B. S. degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
